On a darker note, but still digging in old resources and memories, I watched Pink Floyd The Wall when I was 13/14, maybe a bit too young for that. Back then, I hadn't the foggiest idea what the Teacher, played rather convincingly, by the Scottish actor Alex MacAvoy, held in his hand in the film scenes. Now, I certainly do, and I have a few of these. Early sources of fascination... Though the song, and the spanking (tawsing?) scene in it is very dark indeed. But as a real life teacher, I know that I've always stayed clear of any dark sarcasm in the classroom. Any smilar impacts on spanking imagination, anyone?
