Helen Carter-Smith had raised her two daughters Alice aged nineteen and eighteen year old Emily virtually single handed as her husband who is a captain in the Royal Navy spends eight months of the year away from home. No one could cast any doubt that Helen wasn’t a loving and caring mother to both her daughters, when anyone asked Helen what the secret is to bringing up such polite and well behaved children Helen wasn’t afraid to admit that she used what she referred to as good old fashioned discipline.

This meant that all her friends and family were aware that both Alice and Emily were spanked when ever they did something Helen felt warranted such action. Anyone unsure about Helen’s methods of discipline only needed to look at how Alice and Emily had matured into respectful, polite and successful young ladies.

Both Alice and Emily had left school with fantastic grades and were now both studying at university, Alice due to the fact she was at a top university in Cambridge no longer lived at home. Emily still lived at home and drove to and from her local university on a daily basis. Once both her daughters had left school neither girl was subjected to discipline other than a telling off from Helen, in fact it was nearly three years since Helen had last spanked either of her daughters.

Helen had a sister called Linda Barnes who at thirty nine was one year younger than Helen; they were very close and not a week went by without them either visiting each other or speaking on the telephone. The one thing that annoyed Helen was that virtually every time they spoke the conversation would move on to how Paige was behaving and that would no doubt be bad behaviour. Basically Linda had allowed her daughter Paige to basically do as she pleased; the end result was that Paige was now a spoilt little brat who had no respect for either her mam or anybody else for that matter. Even though Helen had on numerous occasions informed Linda of what she needed to do about Paige’s behaviour nothing seemed to change, Helen had even offered a couple of years ago to allow Paige to live at her house for a while so she could help correct her behaviour.

So it came as something of a shock when Linda phoned Helen and asked if she would help her deal with her daughter’s behaviour. Linda and Helen spoke for over an hour on the phone and the end result was that Helen invited Linda over for lunch the next day. Linda arrived at eleven o’clock and after a very long discussion and some heated words, Helen agreed to allow Paige to stay with her for one week as she could see that Linda who spent most of the discussion in tears was at the end of her tether.

Helen arranged for Linda to bring Paige over on Saturday morning, so this gave Helen the rest of today and tomorrow to put a plan in place as to how she was going to deal with the matter. Helen sat on the sofa she was still annoyed that if Linda had accepted her offer of help previously then the matter would have been dealt with. The only problem Helen could foresee was could she really expect Paige to just accept that if she did wrong she would be asked to strip down to her underwear before being spanked. Whilst Helen was aware that Paige was small and petite and that she would easily over power Paige in any kind of struggle, a constant struggle before every time Paige needed her bottom spanking wasn’t the ideal solution.

The other option would be to allow Paige to remain fully dressed whilst she was getting spanked but as Helen was of the opinion and let’s face facts it had worked on her daughters. Helen sat and thought about how she was going to have access to Paige’s bottom with the minimum of fuss, the only two options she could think of were that Paige either wore a mini skirt or leggings during her stay, neither of these were ideal so Helen decided to go into town tomorrow and have a look around the clothes shops for inspiration. Next morning Helen phoned Linda to ask what dress size Paige was and then proceeded into town.

Helen looked in various women’s clothes shops but couldn’t find anything that she felt was appropriate, yeah there were loads of different style clothes to choose from but nothing she had seen had the wow factor. Helen was busy walking down High Street when she noticed in the front window of a shop called Misha’s Sports and Exercise Wear the answer to her problem and it certainly had the wow factor. In the window was a large notice that they now stocked a range of clothing specifically aimed at women who used pole dancing as a form of exercise. Oh my god whispered Helen with a smile on her face as she looked closer at the photo on the display they are just what I need. Helen walked into the store and made her way to where the clothing range was located.

Helen browsed through various tops and shorts on offer and her attention was drawn to a white and blue set Helen had a good look and feel of the top and shorts. Helen was overjoyed that she had managed to find the answer to her problem. As both the top and shorts were of a thin nylon type material it meant that Helen would have virtually unprotected access to Paige’s bottom whenever she needed spanking. And as a bonus just by making Paige wear the cropped top and shorts for a whole week would add to the humiliation factor which Helen was a big believer in.

Helen was overjoyed it was whilst on her way to the checkout that Helen noticed a rail full of items that were branded as reduced due to low quality, Helen was immediately drawn to another top and shorts set. She picked it off the rail and had a good look at them again the top and shorts were of a nylon material only the only difference was that the top was a halter neck cropped top again with matching hot pants. Helen couldn’t see any noticeable defects so she chose proceeded to the checkout with both sets.

Helen handed both sets to a young female assistant at the check out, whilst the assistant was removing the price tags she drew Helen’s attention to the fact the red set was reduced because the cropped top had been manufactured with an inferior elasticated band that ran around the bottom of the garment leaving the wearer of the top at risk from it riding up during stretching exercises.

“That’s fine there actually for my niece and think the top riding up will be the least of her problems” replied Helen. “Sorry I don’t understand” replied the assistant with a bemused look on her face, “okay I am not going to go into great detail but these items are being bought as what you might call a punishment so the fact that the top may ride up over her boobs isn’t going to matter a great deal and in fact will add to her humiliation” replied Helen. “Oh okay” was the shocked assistants reply before taking payment and handing the items to Helen who left the store and made her way back home.

Helen returned home and put the clothing on the dining room table before sorting out the bedroom where Paige would be sleeping. Like has been previously stated Alice and Emily would on some occasions be grounded, both girls during grounding were made to remain in the spare bedroom which still to this day had a bolt on the front of the door meaning that Helen was able to lock the bedroom door. This was to be Paige’s bedroom for the duration of her stay, so Helen cleared everything out of the bedroom leaving just the single bed. Helen was just about ready for the visit of Paige except for arguably the most important part, the house rules and what happens if they are broken. For the next two hours Helen sat upstairs on the computer compiling a list of what is expected of Paige during her stay and what can be expected if she doesn’t comply. Paige from day one was responsible for all cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing and various other daily household tasks, if she failed on any of these, refused an order or being rude or cheeky to Helen then the punishment code would come into force. Helen believed that a punishment should be like eating a meal, it should have a starter a main course and a finally a desert. She also believed that not all punishments should be the same so Helen had three categories for dealing with any bad behaviour.

Low this would be used for misbehaviour like not doing jobs to the correct standard.

Paige would bend over Helen’s knee and receive fifteen hand smacks to her bottom
Desert
Paige would thank Helen for spanking her before returning and facing the wall, where her shorts will be pulled down to her ankles and she will remain there for the next fifteen minutes, Paige will then pull her shorts back up and again bend over Helen’s knee and receive another fifteen hand smacks to her bottom.

Helen printed off the jobs that Paige would be expected to do and also the list of punishments, and went down stairs to relax on the sofa. Later that evening Linda phoned Helen to check she was still happy to have Paige stay with her next week and also to ask what clothes Paige needed to bring with her, “don’t worry about clothes I have bought her some outfits she wont be needing anything else” replied Helen, “okay but what about underwear she is going to need a change of bra and panties isn’t she” asked Linda. “Look leave it to me I have everything sorted just make sure you bring her over in the morning say around nine o’clock” replied Helen. So Helen was sat there awaiting her daughter Emily to arrive home so she could brief her on why they would have a guest for the next week. Linda was stood in the kitchen having a glass of wine and looking forward to having seven days away from her nightmare of a daughter. Meanwhile Paige was watching telly in her bedroom oblivious as to what was in store over the coming week.
