Aunt and Niece

Roberta did not get on well with ‘Aunt Lori’. They had been together for 4 years. Her big sister and Mom had died in a car wreck.



Lorraine and Roberta had both lost their Moms. Lorraine had been a lone Mom to Madison almost from her birth. So at 15 Roberta had to accept a ‘new Mommy’. Her dad was in his late 70s and not too well.



A few weeks after the accident Daddy gave Roberta long talking to. He had been appalled at the yelling. In addition her grades had dropped catastrophically.



Dad was not sure that his little girl had taken seriously what had been said. He heard about “Returnee Contracts” and ‘Minor Citizen’ status for financially irresponsible usually young adults. He had made quite a lot of money. He was appalled at the idea that on her 18th birthday Roberta would acquire control of half the money that he would be leaving



Interestingly Roberta took serious notice. She worked very hard at High School.

Lorraine said that following the tragedy she had to be a full time Mom.



Just after Roberta’s 17th birthday her father had a stroke. Lorraine took total charge of the money.



‘Aunt Lori’ somehow went through a second adolescence. The 31 year old spent a lot of time partying. Roberta found herself almost being the Mom for little Madison.



Lorraine was also rather mean with money. Essentially all she allowed Roberta was a contribution to the college fees. Roberta had to live at home.



Luckily Aunt Abigail, her father’s brother’s widow was able to babysit Madison from Friday evening to Monday morning.



A week after Roberta’s 19th birthday she got awful news. Her father had finally died.



Just after the funeral the news got worse. The will stated that he died before Roberta was 25 the inheritance was conditional on there being a returnee contract between Roberta and Lorraine.





Roberta was shocked when she talked to her actual Aunt Abigail.



“So we go without money unless I sign a paper letting Lorraine spank me and take charge of my money?”

Abigail had noticed how much her grandniece Lorraine hated to be seen in glasses.



All the accounts were now frozen. Luckily the summer break from college had just started. It was Abigail’s idea to adjust things. Madison helped by moving her Mom’s contact lenses.



Abigail offered to drive them. The lawyer’s appointment was for 11am. There had been some confusion. Lorraine was rather short sighted.



Lorraine was annoyed when she realised they had 90 minutes before the appointment.



Then she said let’s do some preparing.



Lorraine held Roberta’s hand. They went to a store that specialised in attire and other things needed for ‘Minor Citizens’.



Lorraine smiled as she felt heavy wooden hairbrushes



Then they looked at dresses. Roberta did not like the idea of wearing a jumper style dress to college that fall...



Then Lorraine added:



“Of course you might not have to wear that. She had whispered to the middle aged store clerk.”



Roberta said:



“But people would see my panties.”



Lorraine said:



“Oh no, for this kind of dress you have different underwear.”



Lorraine showed her a carton of diapers.



Roberta was very nervous as she and Lorraine listened to the lawyer.



“The senior partner is responsible for ensuring that the junior partner is looked after and eats adequately.



“The junior partner agrees to give full control of all financial affairs to the senior partner; she agrees to accept appropriate corporal punishment. She agrees that the senior partner will decide on her attire. She agrees to live with the senior partner…”



They signed. Lorraine, age 34, did not wear her glasses. She saw her name in bold and signed. She did not notice that she was signing as the junior party.



Roberta had better eyesight but still wore her glasses. She signed as senior partner



The lawyer signed and confirmed. The two young women had the same bank.



Lorraine smiled as she handed the contract to the clerk. They had both shown their driver’s licenses.



The lady looked at the two women. Firstly she looked at Roberta:



“You understand what you are agreeing and the new responsibilities,”



She nodded.



Then she asked:



“Lorraine may I have your purse.”



She was surprised but gave the lady her hand bag.



The clerk looked at Roberta:



“What should we do with the cards?”

“Cut them up and ask them to let me know about the outstanding amounts.”



Lorraine shouted:

The lady asked:



“Is your name Lorraine Eden”



She nodded. The lady explained



“Well as the junior partner you accepted this.”

“I am supposed to be the senior partner. Show me the contract.”



Lorraine was shown the contract and given a magnifying glass.

Roberta smiled

Roberta took Lorraine’s hand. The 19 year old was stronger and taller than Lorraine. There was a brief struggle. Still Roberta managed to get her older niece over her knees

Molly was now employed by the store. She liked to help an older and less than happy customer.

Roberta had talked to her great niece the previous night. Madison had prepared lunch.



Madison looked at her great aunt rather than her Mom:



“I have started the summer project and it will be ready when I get back to school in the fall.”



Roberta had one other bit of news:



“I can make quite a lot of money by working full time in the summer, But Lorraine will need to be supervised and baby sat...”



Lorraine yelled:



“Babysat you’re a crazy bitch!!!”



Roberta ignored the interruption.



“So Madison I will give you $30 a day. I need to go soon. I think Miss Lori needs some oral hygiene...”



Roberta then addressed her 34 year old niece



“If Lori is not good for her babysitter Madison will telephone great aunt Abigail. In that case the BABYsitter will buy much shorter dresses and suitable underwear..”



Roberta stayed and watched. Madison took Lorraine’s hand and led her to the sink. She put a bar of soap under the water tap.



“Open your mouth!”



Lorraine obeyed. Roberta whispered to her grandniece.



Madison gave some instructions



“That corner NOW!”



Then on instructions Lorraine held her dress right up.



Madison pulled the panties to her Mom’s knees.

“Madison has to babysit Lorraine, I said it would be nice to babysit the girls together.



Molly’s Mom said



“OK.”



Lorraine frowned as she saw her friend. When they went to the living room. The 34 year old saw 2 little girls playing with Barbie dolls.



Madison smiled as she told her Mom



“Go play with the other children.”



Lorraine did manage to play with the little girls for a while. It was both boring and embarrassing to have to try to pretend to enjoy dressing and undressing the plastic figures.



After half an hour she said:



“I’m ’bored lets go out. “



She started to open the French doors onto the back yard. Madison told her



“No you may NOT go out.”



The 34 year old yelled:

Madison reminded her:

Molly and Lorraine grabbed the 34 year old’s arms and pulled her towards the sofa.
