Accidently Crossing The County Line

This story is based on the "County line" stories written by goodgulf, and I would like to thank him for giving me permission to do this. To understand what goes on at the reststop in the story, you have to read "Looping across the Count Line" first.
Alice Shelly and Toni were friends since kindergarden. They had all grown up in a County where spanking and all types of corporol punishment was outlawed. Even corner time was illegal. So they had never recieved or even seen such things. But now that they were 23 and in college. They loved to go to spanking parties. At these parties, the girls all dressed in white shirts, ties, plaid skirts, boby socks, and girls shoes. They, also, all wore thongs under their skirts. However, these parties where not what you would think. When the guys spanked the girls they took them otk and flipped up there skirts. However, when they struck their butt cheeks they did not do it hard and the girls only pretended that it hurt. When the girls were given corner time they could leave with out permision to go to the bathroom or do get a drink or something to eat and then after taking a break they could go back to the corner. So the girls still had never been really spanked or served corner time or even seen the real thing.
Shelly's uncle lived in Wellington County and invited all three girl to attend his daughters 21st birthday party. There was a spanking party scheduled fot that afternoon, so the girls decided they would leave the party early and make it to the birthday party on time.
However, the girls were having such a good time at the party they lost track of the time. When they relized what time it was they had to decide what to do.
"There is so much traffic now it doesn't pay to go. By the time we get there, we will have to turn around and come back" Toni said.
"But we promised we would go. How would they feel if we don't show up" shelly said.
"But there is just no way to get to Wellington County at a decent hour with the traffic the way it is at this time of day" Alice pointed out.
Harry happened to over hear the conversation. " You can avoid all the traffic by taking 42WH. I can give you directions' Harry offered.
"But by the time we go home and change it will still be too late" Toni pointed out.
"We can go like this. it will give every one there a good laugh" Shelly said, as all three of them started laughing.
So the three of them got into shelly's car and off they went to the party.
When they got onto 42WH, they saw the rest stop and at that point all three of them needed it. So they pulled into the rest stop, got out of the car and started heading to the restroom. As they walked threw the parking lot, they couldn't believe what they saw. There were three buses parked in the lot.There was a long line of boys next to the buses. There were three women near the head of the line, each with a bare bottomed boy otk. They were spanking them with a paddle.The two boys in front of the line had bare bottoms peeking out from under their T-shirts. As one spanking finished, the crying boy was left off the woman's lap and the boy at the head of the line took his place. Then the woman standing at the head of the line pulled downed one of the boy's pants and briefs so that there were always two boys on deck.
All of a sudden all three girs paniked when they relized they were in Hazard County.
"We better get out of here" Toni said.
But before they could move Shelly said "what are we worried about. We are all 23."
The girls then laughed at them selfs for being worried over nothing.
As the girls started to continue to the restrooms, Toni said "you two go ahead. I'll catch up. I have to watch this some more".
So Alice and Shelly continued on looking for a rest room. Before they reached the restroom, they saw three 18 year old girls being led by an older woman onto a pathway. As they vanished onto the pathway, Shelly said to Alice, "you go ahead. I have to follow them and see what happens."
Ok, i'll meet you in that bathroom up ahead" Alice replied.
As Alice entered what turned out to be a family bathroom, she once again could not believe what she saw. There were four girl ages 17 - 18 standing facing the wall. Each holding up their skirts and there panties at there ankle so that there backside were on display. After the initial shock were off, she just stood smiling and enjoying the view.
All of a sudden three women grabed her and one of them said, "if you think its funny you can get what they got and then join them.
As the women positioned Alice over one of their laps, Alice kept protesting that she was 23. Dressed like that, they didn't believe her. And even if she was an adult, they assumed that if she came to Hazard Count dressed like that, she must want this and her protest were just part of her fantasy. Alice's skirt was flipped up and the woman began to paddle away. It wasn't long before Alice relized her protest were useless. Before long she was screeming in agony and crying like a baby.
When they were done paddling her, ther put her up against the wall and ordered her to lift the left side of her skirt with her left hand and the right side of her skirt with her right hand so that her butt was exposed. Obviosly since she was wearing thongs they didn't have to pull them done. They then warned her that if she dropped her skirt or left the wall without permission of an adult, any adult in the bathroom who saw it would give her another paddling and put her back up against the wall. Now they could leave and knew she would be stuck there untill her parent or gardian came looking for her.
Alice backside was hurting like hell but she couldn't even rub it because she didn't dare let go of her skirt. By this point she was dying to pee and listening to all the people behind peeing and washing their hands only making it worse. She wanted to put a hand between her lags to help hold it but she couldn't let go of her skirt. The worst part was she had no idea when or if someone would finally give her permission to go.
Mean while, Shelly went after those girls down the path. She passed many girls ages 8 - 15 getting spanked but she kept going because she couldn't believe she was about to see 18 year olds get spanked. When she finally spotted them, one of them was over the woman's lap getting paddled. The girl was crying like a baby yelling " I'll be good, I"ll be good". Each one took their turn and reacted the same way. Shelly thought they were pathetic. After all they were 18 and acting like 5 year olds.
When all 3 girls had gotten their spanking, they noticed Shelly. One of the girls said to the woman, "we have a spy". So the woman told them go get her. Shelly was to far away to hear what they said. When she saw the girls walking up the path towards her, she just assumed they were going to walk passed her and leave. After all she was 23 and had nothing to worry about.
Finally, when they reached Shelly, they grabbed her and brought her back to the woman and placed her over her lap. Shelly protested "but I'm 23, you can do this." When the four them heard that they just laughed. No 23 year old would walk around hazard county like that.
"No minor has the right to watch my daughter and her friends being spanked" the woman said. "And for lying abour your age you are going to get it worse." All off a sudden the woman was paddling away at Shelly's backside. It wasn't long before Shelly was acting like a five year old just like the other girls had. She was yelling " I'm sorry. I'm Sorry. I'll never do it again." But the paddling just continued and there was nothing she could do. When the paddling stopped the woman put her up againt one of the trees with the egg timers on it and told her if she turned around before it emptied, she would get it again.
The four them then left quietly so that Shelly wouldn't know they left. The egg times was not ment for a three minute egg, but no matter how long it lasted and no mater how bad she now had to pee, Shelly wouldn't dare move.
Toni had seen enough of the boys getting spanked, and decided to go look for her friend and go pee. Unlike her friends she still did not relize she was in any danger. When she happen to pass the pathway that Shelly had gone done, she saw children being draged by adults down the pathway. She decided to see what was there. As she walked down the path way she saw girls getting spanked but she kept going because she had seen enough for one day.
Finally she reached a part of the area where she was all alone. Or she thought she was. All of a sudden, she notice Shelly standing facing a tree. Then she noticed the egg timer. Since it never dawned on her that anybody had put Shelly there or that anyboy could put Shelly there, she just assumed Shelly was playing a corner time game with herself. When Toni, saw the timer about to run out she dicided to turn it over. She figured that when Shelly saw that she would turn around and they would have a good laugh. After all, Shelly had put herself in there and would relize it was a joke.
When Shelly saw a hand turn over the egg timer, she assumed the 4 of them were still there and the woman had told one of the girls to turn it over. Toni was suprised that Shelly stayed there but assumed Shelly wanted to continue to play the came. Toni decided to sit down and see how long Shelly would stand and continue to play.
While Toni sat there severel people sat down in the area and began spanking their kids. Toni, still not realizing the danger she was in, went over and turned the egg timer over again. This time, however, several of the women saw her. They grabbed her and put her over one of the woman's laps.
Toni protested "I'm 23, you can't do this." Of course, she was ignored.
One of the woman told shelly "you can go. that minor had no right to turn the timer over."
Shelly turned and saw what was happening to Toni and wanted to say some thing to stop it. But she was affried that if she said anything, it wouldn't help Toni. It would only get her spanked again.
Shelly, who still had to pee, went to the bathroom where she said she would meet Alice. When she walked in she saw Alice standing facing the wall holding up her skirt. Without thinking Shelly went up to Alice grabed her arm and said "lets pee and get out of here."
Alice was so happy to be told she could leave the wall and pee, she didn't think about weather anybody would think that Shelly was not old enough to let her go. Bu as they headed for the stalls, some women grabbed them. they yelled at Shelly, " how dare you tell her to leave."
Others yelled at Alice, "you know she can't let you leave."
So Alice and Shelly found themselfs once again over a woman's lap getting the paddling of their lifes. Only this time it hurt much worse because their bunns were alread sore from the first spanking.
After the paddling stopped, they both were facing the wall with there backside's hurting like hell. but they didn't dare drop their skirts inorder to rub their bunns. They also had to hold their pee while listening to all the peeing and water running behind them.
Mean while Toni had gotten the paddling of her life. The women then decided to take her to the wall in the bathroom so she could stand facing the wall untill her parent or gardian found her.
So the three friends are now standing in the bathroom facing the wall holding up their skirts and their pee waiting for an adult who is not coming to let them go. hopefully at some point late at night the bathroom will be empty and they will finally be out of there perdicament.

when you say funny, David, do you mean the story was redicules or you liked it as a funny story? If you mean it was a funny story, why is this story any more or less funny than the other stories posted here?

Hi. I just had time to read this. I love what you've done with Hazard County. A twenty something who dressed young would probably be treated like she wanted to be spanked no matter how much she protested.
